A Heavy Morning is a narrative-driven adventure about the invisible struggle of simply getting through the morning.

You wake up in the mind of a woman who can't bring herself to leave the safety of her bed. Your goal seems simple: help her make it through the first 30 minutes of her day and get to work on time.

But every ordinary task becomes an obstacle.

Getting out of bed, brushing your teeth, choosing what to wear, making breakfast. Each decision shapes her reality, revealing how thoughts and behaviors can turn even the smallest actions into overwhelming challenges.

Explore two interconnected worlds:

In Reality, everyday routines become meaningful puzzles. Every choice influences your mental state. Will scrolling through social media help you cope, or make things worse? Will pushing forward give you strength, or leave you feeling more exhausted?

Your actions determine whether you move forward with the day or become trapped in a cycle, reliving the same morning again and again.
